✅ 5 Things to Check Before Renting a Laptop in Delhi NCR

Delhi NCR has no shortage of laptop rental vendors, and the pricing pages often look similar at first glance. The differences show up later — in the fine print. Here is what actually matters before you commit.

1. How the deposit works

A legitimate rental company asks for a security deposit roughly equal to the laptop's value, refundable in full when you return the device in good condition. Be wary of vendors that keep deposits vague, charge non-refundable "processing fees", or do not specify a return condition in writing.

2. Minimum tenure and exit terms

Ask exactly how short (and how long) you can rent for, and what happens if you need to end early. AKPL's minimum tenure is one month, with daily and weekly options available for events, and no penalty for extending.

3. What "maintenance included" actually covers

Some vendors quote free maintenance but exclude battery, charger or screen issues. Get it in writing: does the plan cover full repair or replacement for hardware faults during the rental period, or just diagnostics?

4. Delivery timelines across Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida

If you need machines onboarded by a specific date, confirm actual delivery windows for your pin code, not a generic "same city" promise. We typically deliver within 24–48 hours across Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida, with longer lead times for large bulk orders.

5. GST invoicing, upfront

If you are renting for a business, confirm you will get a proper GST invoice before you pay — not after you ask twice. Every AKPL rental, individual or corporate, comes with transparent pricing and a GST invoice.

If a vendor cannot give you clear answers on all five before you pay a deposit, that is worth treating as a warning sign. Talk to our team if you want a written quote covering all of this upfront.
