Yes — a refundable deposit equal to the laptop's value is mandatory for every rental, with no exceptions. It acts as a fully refundable down payment and is returned in full when you return the device in good condition.
Because the deposit is fully refundable and covers the device's value, we don't need to run credit checks — anyone can rent instantly. Your monthly rental is the only real cost of usage; the deposit itself comes back to you in full when the rental ends.
Normal wear and hardware faults are covered under our free maintenance. Accidental physical damage may be adjusted against the security deposit — full terms are shared before booking.
Yes. You can extend your rental anytime before it ends, and request an upgrade to a newer configuration subject to availability.
