Events are the one scenario where buying laptops almost never makes sense — you need a large number of machines for a few days, then nothing. Here is how short-term rental pricing and logistics actually work.
Daily and weekly rates
For events, our daily rate starts at ₹299/laptop/day and weekly at ₹500/laptop/week — both include delivery and setup within Delhi NCR. For hackathons or training sessions running 2–5 days, daily pricing is usually the cheaper option versus a partial-month rental.
What to plan for
- Lead time — for 20+ units, book at least 5–7 days ahead to guarantee stock and configuration
- Standard image — tell us the software/OS setup you need so every machine arrives identically configured
- On-site support — for exhibitions and hackathons, we can station a technician on-site for setup and troubleshooting
- Networking gear — routers and Wi-Fi equipment can be rented alongside laptops for venues without reliable connectivity
Return and damage terms
The same refundable-deposit principle applies to short-term rentals — deposit back in full on return, normal wear covered, accidental damage handled per the terms shared at booking.
